I really want to snag a plushie, but they keep selling out too quickly!

The best way to make sure you can snag a plushie is to turn on push notifications for IG. I post updates in my Stories shortly before plushie releases to give people time to prep. Also, I host RTB (Right To Buy) & Auction Events which gives people additional opportunities to claim a plushie.

Can you plz make me a custom/duplicate doll?

Unfortunately, not at this moment. There is only one chance to snag a particular plushie I create, because every baby is OOAK (One of a kind). I am also not accepting customs at this time. If I ever open up custom slots again, reminders will be updated on IG Stories.

I impulse bought a doll, can I get a refund?

No. Per Marianne Jerri Policy all sales are FINAL. This is non-negotiable. Plz make sure you genuinely want the doll before purchasing it.

I just ordered a plushie, how long will it take before it is shipped?

We're very particular about the speed in which we fulfill orders, so they typically ship out very quickly (within 3 business days). BUT, per our business policy we have up to 7-10 business days to ship your order. This gives me time to pack up other orders and work around my arthritis flare-ups.

Can you make smaller dolls?

I am currently working on downsizing some of my patterns. Due to my arthritis, working on smaller/micro details for little dolls puts EXTREME strain on my joints and muscles. It's actually easier for me to work with larger surfaces. I am hoping to release smaller dolls [occasionally] in the future.

I accidentally entered a RTB (Right To Buy)/Auction, can I remove my offer/entry?

PIz review all rules carefully for Events before entering. Opting out of Events after entering may result in you being prohibited from joining them again in the future/removal from the page.

My plushie was lost in transit/stolen from my property, can I get a refund?

We make it a point to pay extra for insurance on every customer's package so in the event it is lost in transit, we can file a claim and issue you a refund. We are NOT responsible for any theft/losses that occur once your doll has been marked delivered; we will not be issuing a refund.

My package was damaged AFTER it was delivered, what do I do?!

Email us so we can assess the situation and look into a resolution for you. We work extremely hard to make sure we fortify all of our packages with the best materials. We ship your babies in sturdy boxes and use packing peanuts. With that in mind, we cannot control the circumstances surrounding a delivery to a location. Once your package has been delivered, we ARE NOT responsible for any damage that occurs to the box & plush based on locational circumstances. This includes weather, wildlife/animals, neighbors, etc. 

There is no way to add a signature to your packages, so please make sure the address you provide is safe to send packages to. 

As a courtesy to our customers, depending on the situation Marianne Jerri may file a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. It is up to the discretion of Marianne Jerri only to determine if they will file a claim for the damages that occurred AFTER your plush was marked delivered. There is no guarantee the carrier will fulfill that claim and issue a refund if they were not responsible for the initial damage.

My plushie is taking a long time to arrive, what should I do?

In rare situations, we typically see instances of delayed delivery with international packages. Marianne Jerri carefully tracks each package until it is delivered. Plz email info@mariannejerri.com if you are needing an updated ETA. Extended delays in your package arrival (out of the ordinary per the usual timeline for shipment to your location) may warrant a refund depending on the circumstance. This is up to Marianne Jerri's discretion.

I did not receive tracking information in my email, what should I do?

In the event that you do not receive a shipping confirmation/tracking # update, email info@mariannejerri.com and they will provide you with that information.

I/my family/my friend accidentally damaged my Crankie Flowers Plushie, can you fix it?

I cannot fix any damage that occurs once you receive your plushie. CF Plushies are collectors items. They are designed to be added to a collection and put on display. Interact with them roughly at your discretion (ex. pulling them harshly, dragging them across the floor, placing them submerged in liquid, etc.). DO NOT machine wash them. CF plushie seams are triple sewn but under the pressures of a washing machine may come undone. Machine washing can also damage the plushie's fur.

Upgrades to Shipping:

Marianne Jerri & Crankie Flowers have very strict guidelines for the timeframes of processing orders as quickly as possible. On occasion, to meet company deadlines MJ will upgrade a customer’s shipping free of charge to make sure particular packages will be picked up by/dropped off to carriers by a certain time. This is up to the discretion of MJ only, and will not be updated/edited/applied based on customer request.
